  • Beamide at Space Tech Expo Europe 2025: Exploring the Future of Space Engineering in Bremen

A few weeks ago, BEAMIDE took part in Space Tech Expo Europe in Bremen, one of the most important international events dedicated to the global space ecosystem.

The exhibition provided a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the rapidly evolving European and international space sector; exploring new technologies, meeting innovative companies, and exchanging perspectives on current and future challenges in space engineering.

Our focus during the event was aligned with BEAMIDE’s core mission: the simulation and mitigation of radiation effects on electronic systems, a critical topic for space missions, avionics, and high-reliability environments. Discussions across the exhibition floor confirmed the growing importance of accurate radiation-effects modeling, system-level validation, and simulation-driven design approaches for next-generation space systems.

Participating in Space Tech Expo Europe also offered insight into how the sector continues to mature—bringing together startups, established aerospace players, research institutions, and integrators working across satellites, launch systems, electronics, materials, and mission analysis.

Events like Bremen reinforce the importance of collaboration across disciplines and borders, and highlight the role of advanced simulation tools, such as MRADSIM, in supporting reliable, radiation-aware engineering workflows.

We appreciate the many conversations held during the event and look forward to continuing discussions with partners, researchers, and organizations working at the intersection of space engineering, radiation effects, and system reliability.
